I'm trying to get the DBG/DBGAID debugger working under
RSX11M+. It's close! When I try to build a debugged task,
it fails on the unknown symbol KTZ? Which looks like it
involves a separate examination utility, but it's unclear
why/how that symbol would become defined in dbgaid.mac.

Sorry, don't have an answer for you. But I did enjoy this line from
the DBG.DOC file that comes with it

"It was written because DEC failed to include air sickness bags with ODT."

Hmm ... that key sequence had a meaning that originated with TECO, but
it’s also used that way in Emacs ...
